Refund Policy

PWRS provides specialized consulting, software development, and automation services that are tailored to each client’s operations. Because these services involve significant planning and dedicated effort, our refund approach reflects the nature of this work.

1. General principles

All commercial terms, including fees and payment schedules, are defined in a written agreement or statement of work between PWRS and the client before any work begins. That agreement governs the specific refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms applicable to the engagement.

2. Completed work

Fees for work that has already been performed, delivered, or made available to the client (such as completed consulting sessions, analyses, documentation, or software components) are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prepaid phases or retainers

Where a client has prepaid for future phases of work or provided a retainer, any refund of unused amounts will be handled in accordance with the applicable written agreement. In practice, PWRS may:

• Apply unused amounts to future work agreed between PWRS and the client; or
• Refund a portion of unused fees, net of any work already performed, commitments made, or costs incurred.

4. Discovery calls and initial consultations

Many discovery calls and initial scoping conversations are provided without charge. Where initial consultations are fee-based, the applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be specified at the time of booking or in the corresponding proposal.

5. How to request a refund

To discuss a possible refund or billing adjustment, clients should contact their PWRS point of contact or use the contact form on this website, referencing the relevant project name, dates, and invoice number. PWRS will review the request in line with the signed agreement and respond in a reasonable timeframe.

6. Currency and amounts

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). As an indication, services typically range from approximately $3 up to $500, depending on scope and complexity, but the final agreed amounts for any specific engagement will be confirmed in writing.
